| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式的改革与实践是提高教育质量的关键,沈阳化工大学无机非金属材料工程专业在人才培养方案、课程体系、教学内容和方法、实践教学和教师队伍五个方面形成了独特的人才培养模式,对就业率的提高和行业发展起到了推动作用。

| Abstract: | Reform and practice of personnel training mode is the key of improving the quality of education. Inorganic nonmetallic materials engineering of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology has formed the unique personnel training mode in personnel cultivating program, curriculum system, course content and methods of instruction, practical teaching and teacher troops. All of these have played a role in improving the rate of employment and industry development. |
