| 摘 要： | 武警士官学员学习动力的强弱,直接影响着武警士官人才的培养质量。为了更好地开展武警士官教育,培养合格的士官人才,本文从学习动力内部系统和外部系统的影响因素入手,从内、外两个方面分析了影响武警士官学员学习动力的原因,并提出了优化学习动力的对策。

| Abstract: | The degree of armed police and sergeants＇ learning motivation directly influences the cultivation quality of armed police and sergeants. In order to better implement armed police and sergeant education and cultivate qualified sergeant talents, this paper, starting from the influencing factors of the internal system and external system of learning motivation, analyzed the factors affecting the learning motivation of armed police and sergeants from internal and external aspects, and proposed countermeasures to optimize their learning motivation. |
