| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料研究方法,通过对古代诸子思想和传统养生体育思想的理论进行分析研究,追溯太极拳中正理论的思想源泉及哲学基础,总结了太极拳的中正理论,并分析了中正理论在太极拳练习中的应用。

| Abstract: | With the methods of document study,through conducting the analysis research to the ancient times pre-Qin thinkers thought and the traditional keeping in good health sports thought theory,the paper traces the fair and just theory thought in Taijiquan and its fountainhead and the philosophy foundation,and has analyzed the fair and just theory in the Taijiquan practice application. |
