| 摘 要： | 教师资格制度是国家实行的一种职业资格认定制度，是促进教师专业化发展的有利保障。现行教师资格的立法既有其合理的一面，也有其不足的一面。立法方面的不足必然导致其在操作层面上存在的一些问题。针对这些存在问题，解决的办法也是多样的。
