| 摘 要： | 本文通过对三代领导人的区域经济思想、策略及效果的对比研究，阐明了三代领导人的区域经济思想体系是一脉相承的，但实现手段、具体策略却在不断地成熟和完善，且最终效果也就不尽一致。提出了今后对全国经济系统进行适时调控时应注重动态协调发展的区域经济发展政策。

| Abstract: | By a contrastive study on their ideas,strategy and effect of regional economy,this paper illustrates that the system of the three generations leaders' regional economic ideas comes down in one continuous line,but their practical measures and concrete strategy are in the process matureing and perfecting,therefore their final effect are somewhat different.It is suggested that more importance should be attached to the dynamic harmonious development policy of regional economy when we timely regulate nationwide economic system in the future. |
