| 摘 要： | 高级财务管理是财务管理专业的一门专业性很强的课程。在高级财务管理教学过程中,任课教师和学生往往信心不足,把握不准,这严重影响了高级财务管理课程的教学效果。正是基于此,作者试图剖析大学高级财务管理教学内容安排问题和学习问题,廓清对这门课程的认识,提高大学高级财务管理的教学质量。
