| 摘 要： | 综述了近年来生理界和运动生理界关于心肌肥大的机制及其有关的信号转导途径的若干研究，初步探讨运动性心肌肥大可能存在的信号转导通路，以期有助于阐述运动性心肌肥大的细胞分子机制。

| Abstract: | The current status of the mechanism and the signal transduction pathways of cardiac hypertrophy is reviewed,and the putative signal transduction pathways of exercise induced cardiac hypertrophy is also discussed.The aim is to facilitate the elucidation of the cellular and molecular mechanisms of exercise induced cardiac hypertrophy. |
