| 摘 要： | 运用文献综述、专家访谈等研究方法,对国外足球强国后备人才培养路径进行深入剖析。结果显示,足球强国培养后备人才的路径主要有以学校为主、以职业俱乐部为主、以学校和职业俱乐部双轨并重三种类型;对我国培养足球后备人才的启示主要有：依国情而定;文武兼备,全面发展;政府推动;注重规划的制定与执行;普及与提高相结合;加强青训教练员培育;多元化的人才培养模式。

| Abstract: | Applying different researching measures including document analysis,expert interviewing,analyze the cultivation path of football reserve personnel in foreign football power.The results show that mainly exist three cultivation types in foreign football power,Such as School based,based on professional clubs,based on schools and vocational club double track.The enlightenment to China football reserve personnel is mainly： In accordance with national circumstances;both civil and military,all-round development;government to promote;attach importance to the development and implementation planning;combined with the increased popularity;strengthen training young coaches cultivate;diversity training. |
