| 摘 要： | 在公共行政学领域中,官僚制的研究占有着极其重要的地位。尤其是以马克斯.韦伯为代表的一大批学者对官僚制所展开的学理研究,使之成为社会科学研究中的一个亮点。现时的中国行政体制仍处于官僚制不足阶段,因此,认真研究传统的组织结构与现代文化的关系,努力构建符合中国国情的现代官僚制,是实现中国行政现代化的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | The research of bureaucracy is an important part in the field of public administration.A lot of researchers with Marx.Weber as the representative made it influential in sociology.Because of the imperfection of present administration system,it is an inexorable trend to study the relation between traditional organization and modern culture and establish the modern bureaucracy in accordance with Chinese conditions in the process of accomplishing administration modernization. |
