| 摘 要： | 就业是民生之本,安国之策。在当前大学生就业日益严峻的形势下,从和谐社会建设的高度来审视和研究大学生就业问题,具有十分重要的理论意义和实践价值。在分析山东大学生就业现状与成因的基础上,从高校、社会和学生个人等方面,提出了和谐社会建设中促进山东大学生就业的对策建议。
