| 摘 要： | 公共建筑节能设计对于降低建筑能耗，实现城市建设可持续发展具有重大意义。公共建筑节能设计的技术策略是，遵循“节约能源、节省资源、保护环境、以人为本”的理念，注重建筑与建筑热工设计，以设计规范为依据，采用科学的构造做法，实现健康适用、高效节能的建筑与自然环境和谐共生。

| Abstract: | The conservation design of public buildings is magnificent on lowing the consumption of building and realizing the continuous development of city construction. The strategies of conservation design of public building should abide by the concepts of energy saving, resource economizing, environment protecting and human-oriented, lie special emphasis on the design of building and building heat transport as well as be according to the design standards, and adopt scientifically the building methods in order to realize the harmony between high efficiency conservation building and natural environment. |
