| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志在“七一”讲话中,将我国新的社会阶层之一的私营企业主列为“有中国特色社会主义事业的建设”,章从私营企业主是不是劳动？私营企业主是不是剥削？两个层面进行了分析,从而得出结论。江总书记根据我国社会阶层出现的新变化提出的“建设”这一新概括,是完全正确的。

| Abstract: | President Jiang Zemin ranked private enterprise owners, one of the new social classes in China,as constructors of socialist course with distinctive Chinese character in his speech made on July 1. This Paper analyses whether private enterprise owners are laborers or not, whether they are exploiters or not, and reaches the conclusion that Jiang Zemin's idea that private enterprise owners are "constructors"based on the new changes in our social classes is quite right. |
