| 摘 要： | 分析了高校图书馆传统文献服务模式的局限性,提出了基于知识管理的读者服务思想,构建了以知识体系为核心的图书与期刊、中文与外文、古代与现代、传统与电子等多元文献资源一体化的资源布局与读者服务模式,并分析了这一模式的特征.
