| 摘 要： | 我国海运行业已普遍使用计算机处理业务。由于公共基础设施和内部网的建设 ,一般海运企业都已有了基本的信息处理环境。大中型企业由于其核心业务涉及面广 ,业务遍及不同的地区和国家 ,它的信息系统可能要采用多级结构 ,并提供不同的版本 ,以支持总部的集中处理和各地的局部业务 ;系统一般较复杂 ,开发工作量大、周期长、投资大。由于数据量大 ,业务数据的共享、抽取、分析 ,完整性、安全性的保持及高效的事务处理等问题都需要解决。中高级人才的不足和对信息化的认识深度有限 ,信息技术工作并没有在企业的规划和具体工作计划中落实。所有这一切 ,都使企业面临一系列令人困惑的问题。提高认识 ,掌握企业信息化的规律 ,加大投入 ,建设队伍 ,形成相对稳定的合作伙伴关系 ,制订科学的发展规划和实施计划 ,是解决企业信息化问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Information technology has already been adopted and widespread in China maritime companies. However, the kernel information systems for large maritime companies usually are complex. Long developing period, considerable work load and investment are needed for developing or importing such systems. The sharing, extracting, analysis, integrity and security, as well as the efficiency of the transactions for the large amount of business data are also problems. Senior engineers and managers are not enough, which causes directly the lack of strategic IT plan and practical system design. Studying the IT development regularity, increasing investment, formulating professional plan, and other suggestions are made in this paper to solve these problems. |
