| 摘 要： | 教师素质与教学效果直接相关。优秀的思想政治理论课教师,应该具有完备的素质。在思想政治素质上应做到身正为范;在学术素质上应做到学高为师;业务技能上应该具有杰出的教育教学能力;最重要的是,必须是一个心理健康、个性完善,让人喜欢的人。
