| 摘 要： | 根据技术交易特征，结合我国现有的科研体制，对旧车市场和技术市场交易对象的质量维度进行比较，得出技术市场和旧车市场类似，也存在逆向选择问题的结论，进而分析逆向选择问题对我国技术市场的影响，并探讨了相关的对策。
