| 摘 要： | 中国共产党在历史唯物主义的理论指导下,在积极汲取西方资本主义发展的一切文明成果的现实基础上,适时地提出了“以人为本”的科学发展观。我们要站在历史唯物主义的高度坚持"以人为本",为实现人的全面发展这一马克思主义关于人的发展的真理创造条件。

| Abstract: | Guided by the theory of historical materialism and based on actively drawing all the civilization producing from the western capitalism development,the Chinese communist put forward the idea of science development of "People-oriented" at the right time.We must stand on the side of historical materialism to insist in the idea of "People-oriented",so as to create conditions for the realization of overall development of man,which is the truth of Marxism concerning the development of man. |
