| 摘 要： | 社会责任教育是思想品德教育的重要内容。在社会转型时期，社会责任及价值体系难免受到某些方面的冲击。因此，落实责任体系的建构，加强对青年大学生的责任教育，培养其健全的品格、健康的心理，增强其责任和使命感，是关系到高等教育培养合格接班人的问题，我们必须高度重视。
