| 摘 要： | 高校开展教职工党员的先进性教育活动应根据自身的实际情况,体现高校的特色,这样才能提高先进性教育活动的针对性和实效性.高校教职工党员的先进性教育的着力点应放在提高教职工党员政治理论修养,增强教职工党员的忠诚意识、宗旨意识、大局意识、模范意识以及党建工作的规范管理上.

| Abstract: | Developing the education of the Party's superiority for teachers and employees who are Party members in college should base on the actual situation and embody the characteristic of college.And only by this way,pertinence and effect of the education of the Party's superiority can be improved.The education of the Party's superiority for teachers and employees who are Party members in college should emphasis on improving political theory,enhancing consciousness of faithfulness,tenet,overall situation and exemplar of teachers and employees who are Party members in college,and strengthen the administration of the Party construction. |
