| Abstract: | Education is the hope of developing the nation and teachers are hopes of developing the education. Teachers of the universities in Xinjiang arc the leading and decisive factor of reform and development on the higher education and strategies of developing Xinjiang in science and education. Beginning with importance of strengthening the Teachers＇ ethical progress of the universities, this article elaborates the basic contents and aims of its combining with the characteristics of Teachers＇ ethical progress of the universities. |
