| 摘 要： | 现实中的技术许可方式多种多样,选择何种最优方式需要综合考虑众多因素,包括市场需求状况、创新技术类型、成本状况等.将许可方的创新技术分为优质创新、普通创新、中等创新三种类型,通过构建理论模型分析了不同创新类型下的最优技术许可对象选择问题,并通过一些参数化的例子加以说明.

| Abstract: | There is a variety of ways for technology licensing in reality.As for the choice for the optimal way,we must take many factors into consideration,such as market needs,types of technology innovation,cost condition and so on.The licensor's technology innovation is classified into superior innovation,ordinary innovation,and moderate innovation in this paper.We aim to analyze the issue of options for the best licensee in different innovation types,together with some parametric examples to demonstrate that. |
