| 摘 要： | 学生是教育服务的消费者,有效识别和满足学生的需求和期望,提高办学质量,是当前学校工作的焦点之一.本研究在继承美国顾客满意度ACSI模型的一些核心概念和架构的基础上,吸收其他一些顾客满意度模型的创新之处,结合电大学生的特点,通过结构调整和综合因素分析,给出了电大学生满意度测评的模型架构、指标体系和计算方法,建构了具有广泛适用性的电大学生满意度模型,为下一步进行实证调查分析打下了理论基础.

| Abstract: | This study reports on the design of a distance learner satisfaction index, RTVUCSI, including its overall framework, index system and calculation. The RTVUCSI draws on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI) in terms of its key concepts and framework, and other customer satisfaction indexes, with RTVU students in mind.
