| 摘 要： | 音乐学院的教学秘书日常工作量较大，在有限的时间里要完成更多工作，就对其工作的效率提出了更高要求。笔者结合工作经验，认为音乐学院的教学秘书要想高效地开展工作，应该要具备三点能力：一是要有过硬的心理素质；要有严谨的岗位意识；要有一定的工作技巧等。

| Abstract: | Teaching secretaries of music colleges have a heavy routine workload and they are required to complete more work in limited time, which has proposed higher requirements for their work efficiency. Combined with work experience, the writer holds that teaching secretaries of music colleges should possess three abilities if they want to implement their work efficiently, that is, excellent psychological diathesis, rigorous position awareness and certain work techniques. |
