| 摘 要： | 结合高校就业工作开展的一般路径，可以从中发现该项工作的短板。从而，在对短板进行反思的同时探寻到拓展就业途径的思路。通过从三个方面所进行的现状分析可得，需要从就业工作的目的性、手段、结果等三个环节进行反思。在此基础上的优化措施包括：调整拓展就业途径工作的目标，增强学生就业自信和就业自觉，强化对企业质量的管控和筛选，以及完善就业工作评价的指标体系。

| Abstract: | Combined with the general paths of employment work in colleges and universities , the weakness of this work can be found. While reflecting on the weakness, ideas of employment expansion are explored. From three aspects of the status quo analysis, it is found that reflections should be implemented from such three links as the purpose, means and result of the employ-ment work. The optimization measures on this basis include：ad-justing and expanding the goal of approaches of employment, strengthening students＆#39; self-confidence and self-consciousness on employment, enhancing the quality control and selection of enterprises, and improving the index system for employment work evaluation. |
