| 摘 要： | 雾是悬浮在近地面空气中的大量细小水滴或冰晶共同组成的气溶胶系统，而霾却是空气中烟粒、灰尘、硫酸盐、硝酸盐以及有机碳氢化合物等组合成的气溶胶系统所造成的视程障碍物。困扰南昌雾霾天气的主要罪魁祸首为PM2.5，它是由于水平方向的静风现象、垂直方向的逆温现象、气象条件、总悬浮颗粒物（TSP）的增加等自然原因和人为原因造成的。建立应对雾霾天气的应急机制和切实可行的长效机制是治理南昌雾霾天气的必备手段。提高全体市民的环保意识是保障各项措施的关键。

Analysis on the Causes of Hazy Weather in Nanchang and the Control Countermeasures |

| Abstract: | The fog is the aerosol system composed by a large amount of small water droplets or ice crystals which suspend in the air near the ground, while the haze is the visual obstacles caused by the aerosol system composed by smoke, dust, sulfate, nitrate and organic hydrocarbons in the air. The chief criminal of the hazy weather in Nanchang is PM2.5, which is caused by nat-ural reasons such as the static wind in horizontal direction, the inversion in vertical direction, meteorological conditions, and the increase of total suspended particulates （TSP）, as well as man-made reasons. To establish an emergency mechanism deal-ing with hazy weather and a feasible long-term mechanism is a necessary means of controlling the hazy weather in Nanchang. To improve the environmental protection awareness of all the citizens is the key to ensure various measures. |
