| 摘 要： | 高校学生组织是高校有机组成部分，它在繁荣校园文化、服务广大学生和提升学生素质等方面发挥着了重要作用。高校学生组织自身队伍的稳定性和延续性是其发生作用的前提。但由于管理制度不善、内部文化单调等原因，使得当前高校学生组织人员流失现象较为严重。本论文在分析当前我国高校学生组织人员流失较为严重现状的基础上，阐述了其负面影响，探讨了背后原因，最后提出了加强团队文化建设、开展品牌活动、完善制度建设等措施。

| Abstract: | University student organization, as an organic part of university, plays an important role in the prosperity of campus culture, the service for university students and the enhancement of the quality of students. The stability and continuity of the staff is the premise of the function of university student organizations. Due to poor internal management system, bald internal culture and so on, the current flowing away of university organization staff is becoming more and more serious. The paper elaborates its negative influence and probes into internal reasons based on an-alyzing the status of the serious flowing away of university student organization staff. Finally, the paper proposes the following mea-sures：strengthening team culture construction, carrying out brand activities,and improving system construction and so on. |
