| 摘 要： | 介绍了对硅酸盐细菌分解钾矿石能力的研究，并对硅酸盐细菌的促生作用和抑菌作用进行了初步探讨。指出：硅酸盐细菌无分解钾长石的能力；在含菌10^5-10^7个／mL的范围内能使萌芽不高的陈旧小麦种子萌发率提高2－3倍；盆栽试验表明在灭菌土壤里接种硅酸盐细菌比不接种能显增加苗期植物的生长量；平板试验表明硅酸盐细菌对棉枯萎病、小麦全蚀病、小麦赤霉病等植物病原菌有明显抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The ability of Bacillus circulars resolving Potass ium roe was studied, in addition, the function of promoting growth and bacteriostasis were required into preliminarily The results showed that the rate of sprouting of obsolete w heat seeds can increase by 200-300% in scope of 10 5-10 7 fungus every mL; The p ot biocontrol test indicated that there would be a remarkable increase in the gr owth of wheat in seedling stage if we inoculated K_ 9-1 strain in sterile so il; Th e plate antagonistic assay test indicated that the K_ 9-1 strain had obvious inhibition on some plant diseases such as F oxysporum?G graminis?F gram inearum and so on |
