| 摘 要： | 为更好地发挥高校图书馆在解决三农问题过程中的职能，高校图书馆应建立起与县乡图书馆对接、与县乡农业科技推广部门对接、与当地优势产业对接三项机制，构建以高校图书馆为龙头的信息服务网络。

| Abstract: | In order to better play the role college library in the process of solving the three rural is- sues, i. e. , agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the college library should set up three mechanisms： join the county library together, join the county agricultural extension department together, and join the local dominant industry together, in order to construct the information service network with college library as its leader. |
