| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育特色是高职院校发展的必由之路。高职院校只有出特色，才能在激烈的竞争中求得生存和发展。办学特色具有全面性、整体性、动态性和稳定性等特性，在创建过程中应处理好项目特色与总体特色、发展与稳定、创新与继承、内部与外部、扬长与避短等关系。

| Abstract: | Running schools with characteristics is the necessary way to be taken by higher vocational schools. Only with itsown clear-cut characteristics, can a school remain survived and sustain its development in the fierce competition. This paper,speaking from the definition of the characteristics and running schools with characteristics, puts forward features pertaining torunning schools with characteristics, and relations need to be properly handled in the process of building characteristics. |
