| 摘 要： | 通过对鞍山市３５所中学体育现状的调查研究，发现因个别领导的认识不足而影响学校体育工作开展。现行体育教学大纲，体育课程缺乏系统性。应按青少年生长发育规律，及各年龄段身体素质的发展规律，安排教学内容，必须采取相应措施将应试教育改变为素质教育，为终身体育奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Form investigating and studying the status quo in thirty-five middle schods in Anshan , we fornd that some leaders' poor understanding affected physical education in schools and that the present physical education syllabus and P. E. course are by no means systematia. Teaching comtents should be arranged according to students' growth and development of fitness at their different agers. Approriate measures must be taken to turn teaching education for examinations into teaching to improve fitness so as to lay a solid foundation for their life-time sports. |
