| 摘 要： | 我国职业教育心理学在角色定位、结构体系、发展方向、学科形象等方面存在一些问题。学科发展路径不明确、学校办学形式封闭、学者研究视野狭窄、研究队伍层次低及课程和教学不深入等因素成为职教心理学发展陷入困境的深层原因。为此，必须采取多元共生的学科范式，建立开放互动的学术机制，注重应用的研究取向，通过内培外引打造专业师资队伍，开创职教心理学发展的新局面。

| Abstract: | There exist some problems in role orientation,structure system,development direction,subject profile of vocational education psychology in the mainland of China.Elements such as unclear subject development pathway,close school running mode,limited research view of scholar,low level research staff and superficial curriculum and teaching have become deep-seated reasons result in the plight of vocational education psychology.Therefore,the subject should adopt multiple and symbiosis subject model,build open and interactive academic mechanism,pay attention to the research trend of practicability,etc. |
