| 摘 要： | 针对目前一些高校学报编辑部只注重个体论文质量，而弱化学报整体质量控制与管理的现象，本文阐述了高校学报质量的内涵和影响学报质量的因素，提供了两种学报质量管理模式，即学报专家督导制模式和集体决策支持系统模式。这两种模式可以有效控制和提高学报整体质量，促进学报健康发展。
