| 摘 要： | 服务社会(包括服务基础教育)是现代高校重要的社会职能,基础教育改革呼唤高校提供高质量的服务。高校服务基础教育的方案为:构建通过“两区”实现两个“三结合”模式,实现其课题服务功能、信息服务功能、“教学”服务功能、诊断咨询服务功能和装备服务功能。

| Abstract: | Social service(including serving the basic education) is an important social function of university in the modern times, and the reform of basic education calls for university supplying premium service. The scheme that university serves basic education is as follows: to construct the `three-combinations' pattern by realizing the `two zones', and to realize the service function of its task, information, `teaching', diagnosis &consultation and equipment. |
