护理技能教学中心实验室的建设与思考

摘    要:为适应高等护理教育发展的要求,使护理学专业学生在进入临床实习之前,在校内得到更高质量的临床思维能力和动手能力的培养,我们确定了护理技能教学中心实验室的建设方案,并分步实施,以期通过完善护理技能教学中心的建设和管理,用新的实践教学模式和现代化教学手段装备中心实验室,体现其设备先进、资源共享、功能多用、使用率高的特点,发挥该中心验证性、综合性功能,使学生在验证和掌握护理基本理论、训练基本操作技能的基础上,培养学生临床思维能力、科研能力和创新能力,为社会提供高素质护理人才。

Abstract:To meet the demand of the development of higher nursing education, and to make the students of nursing specialty obtain the ability of clinical thought and practice of higher quality before they enter the clinical practice, we designed the construction project of the teaching center laboratory for nursing skill with a new mode of practice teaching and modern teaching equipment. The characteristics of the laboratory are as follows: the advancement of its equipment, the common share of its resources, the multiple usage of its function, and the high rate of its use. On the foundation of the verification and mastery of the basic theories of nursing, and on the basis of training the basic nursing practical skill, we aim at developing students' ability of the clinical thought, scientific research ability, and creativity, as a result, to provide the nursing talents of high quality for society.
