| 摘 要： | 首先分析供应链中的知识,进而研究供应链中知识共享的动因,通过研究发现供应链中的知识共享有着独特性,并且可以通过资源配置的手段达到知识共享,接着在资源配置的视角下对供应链中的知识共享机理进行研究,并结合案例,对供应链中知识共享的机理进行简要的分析,最后研究发现通过资源配置的方法能够有效地促进供应链中的知识共享。
