| 摘 要： | 高校服务地方经济社会发展是高等教育的重要使命之一。新建地方本科院校欲在未来的高等教育发展竞争格局中占有一席之地必须牢固树立科研为地方经济社会发展服务的办学理念。新建地方本科院校科研与地方经济社会发展共融共进、和谐共生。科学处理好新建地方本科院校科研与地方经济社会发展的关系，一方面需要观念变革，另一方面亦需要适而有度、张而不扬、介而不入。

| Abstract: | Serving local economic and social development is one of the important missions of local universities. The newly-built local universities must firmly establish the concept of serving the local economic development so that they can occupy a position in the future competitive configuration of higher education. Therefore, they should construct an appropriate, moderate and relatively independent relationship with the local social economy. |
