| 摘 要： | 大学生德育培养是高校教育重点环节之一,目的是为了培养具有优秀道德品质的高素质人才。当前大学生德育培养存在路径单一、滞后、不协调、不完善等问题,要完善和创新有效的大学生德育培养途径,可采取完善逐级分层德育培养体系、创新德育教育模式和构建德育培养考评体系等具体措施。
