| 摘 要： | 将核心出版社理论应用在高校馆藏建设中，有利于提高馆藏学科图书质量。核心出版社图书采购的前提是科学测定核心出版社。对扬州某大学图书馆馆藏核心出版社图书现状进行统计分析，招标采购可采取以核心出版社为条件，完善采购招标策略；采取多种主导采购方法方式，确保核心出版社图书；建构非核心出版社的“精挑式”期货采购模式等策略。

| Abstract: | The introduction of the notion of top presses is conducive to the quality of the book collection in university libraries, which presupposes the scientific measurement of top presses. Book purchase by public bidding may take top presses as the precondition. For those books from non-top presses, we should make finely-selected futures purchase. |
