摘    要:个性化教育作为一种重要的教育理念,对于培养学生的个性、促进教育质量的提高、寻找失落的个性、培养创新人才、实施素质教育都具有重要的意义。但是,对个性化教育的误解、学校的大班化、教师的保守性和惯习以及研究力度不够等因素又成为其障碍因素。为此,我们需要形成开放式理念,改革教师评价制度,构建学校特色文化,培育教育家式的教师。

Abstract:The personalized education as an significant educational concepts plays an important role in cultivating students 'personality,promoting the improvement of education quality ,retrieving the lost personality and cultivating innovative talents.However,the misunderstanding of individualized education,large-class teaching ,teachers 'conservative and habits as well as inadequate research have become the unfavorable factors which blocked the process of the reform.Therefore,we should make efforts to form open educational concepts, reform teachers'assessment system, construct school characteristic culture and cultivate educator-style teachers.
