| Abstract: | Facing survival and development of the double pressure,the university strategic management status and function becomes more and more important.University strategic management is affected by many factors and restrictions, and the culture is one of the constant factors that have influence throughout the whole process of university strategy management.To improve university strategic management culture connotation,the key is to abide by the university social responsibility, concise university spirit and adhere to the people-oriented. |
