| 摘 要： | 从生态学的角度看,大学定位实际上就是一个高等教育系统内大学生存与发展状况的定位,即大学生态定位。高等教育系统并不是一个纯粹的、天然的＂自生秩序＂系统,而是一个复杂的人文系统。我国大学可以利用的资源种类较少,造成了生态位窄化的现象;在学科建设等方面的趋同发展,造成了生态位重叠度高的现象。大学的生态定位意味着大学与大学之间充满着竞争与博弈,决策者的问责与惩罚机制尤为重要。大学生态定位要避免趋同发展,尤其是横向的学科趋同发展与高层次大学＂下行＂办学的趋同发展。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of ecology,University orientation is the survival and development status of the university,it is find its own ecological orientation in the higher education system and the university ecological chain.The system of higher education is not a pure,natural＂spontaneous order＂system,but a complex cultural system.The less species of our country university resource resulted in a narrowing phenomenon of niche;the convergence development in discipline construction and other aspects resulted in a higher overlap phenomenon of niche.University ecological orientation means that is full of competition and game among the universities,the accountability and punishment mechanism of makers is particularly important.University ecological orientation should avoid the convergence development,especially the lateral discipline convergence development and the convergence＂downward＂development of high level university. |
