| 摘 要： | 当前，大学生思想政治教育工作存在的突出问题主要表现为：对大学生思想政治教育的认识和重视程度与实际需要不符，大学生思想政治教育与学生的思想实际有差距，大学生思想政治教育的内容与学生生活实际需求结合不紧密，在思想政治教育过程中忽视学生的心理需求，学校管理工作没能很好地满足学生的实际需求。脱离学生的思想、生活和心理的实际需求是产生这些问题的主要原因。真正了解学生实际需求，切实解决学生的实际问题，要改进和加强大学生的思想政治教育；必须“求实”和“务实”。

| Abstract: | At present,there are exist many problem in the ideological and political education.The main reason is from the students' ideas,real life and psychological needs.To improve and strengthen the ideological and political education,we should highlight the realistic and pragmatic,really understand the actual needs of students,solve practical problems of students. |
