摘    要:以培养学生全面能力为核心的高校体育教学,应把发展学生综合职业能力作为自己的重要任务。在体育教学过程中应根据师范生的职业能力要求,利用体育教学的优势,结合师范教育总体培养目标,探索"四三二一"的教学模式,在全面锻炼的基础上,有针对性地对师范生进行职业体能、职业素养、职业岗位能力等方面的培养,为师范生的教师职业生涯打下良好的基础。

Abstract:A normal school’s PE teaching with the cultivation of students’ overall ability as its core should take the development of students’ comprehensive vocational ability as its important task.The teacher,by making use of the advantages of PE,should make his / her teaching meet the vocational demands made of the students and try the "four-three-two-one" teaching mode to realize the general cultivation aim.In order to lay a solid foundation for their future teaching profession,the students should train their vocational physical strength,attainments and abilities.
