几种分形方法在图像边缘检测中的应用研究

摘    要:介绍并比较了几种基于分形理论的边缘检测技术,包括基于分形编码的图像边缘检测、基于离散分数布朗随机模型的图像边缘检测、基于多重分形方法的图像边缘检测、利用人造目标和自然背景的不同分形特征提取目标边缘。具有不同分形特征的图像采用不同的的算法都可以取得较理想的效果,但实际上无论哪一种算法在解决一定问题的同时也存在不同类型的缺陷。因而,寻求更理想的分形方法应用在图像边缘检测中将仍然是图像处理与分析中研究的主要问题之一。

Abstract:This paper introduces and compares several edge detection techniques based on the fractal theory,which include the techniques of image edge detection based on fractal coding,the discrete fractional Brownian random model and the multi-fractal method,and the techniques of object edge extraction by making use of the fractal characteristics of man-made targets and natural background.Good results can be got by using different algorithms for images with different fractal characteristics,but there is a different type of defects in each algorithm.Therefore,it is still one of the main problems in the study and analysis of image processing to seek a more ideal fractal method for the image edge detection.
