| 摘 要： | 采用资料收集、文献查阅、资料对比分析等研究方法对约2200年前的西汉初期竹简《引书》中的健康法进行研究。首先对《引书》的研究现状及存在问题进行了概括介绍,确定第2段内容是41式健康导引法。在考证健康导引法中的一些难字、难句的基础之上明确了41式名称,身体部位名词,动作术语的含义,为健康导引法的复原奠定了基础。在参照湖南省马王堆出土的西汉初期帛画《导引图》的动作基础上,将《引书》的41式健康导引法的文字史料转换为93图的动作复原的图像资料。为探究41式健康导引法的特征,把复原图与西汉帛画《导引图》进行了比较研究,确定了这两种史料是同一类导引法,但不是相同的导引动作,并明确了41式健康导引法的特征。

| Abstract: | A study on the ways of health in the bamboo slip named Yin Shu in the beginning of Han Dynasty about 2 200 years ago was made through using the method of literature review and comparison.The study introduced the studying condition and existing problems briefly and divided Yin Shu into five parts and confirmed the second part to be the 41-way Taoist exercises.On the basis of the research of some difficult words and sentences in the ways of healthy guidance,the name of the 41-way Taoist exercises,the name of body and the means of nomenclature of actions were confirmed.All of above make the foundation of the rehabilitation of the healthy guidance.On the basis of referring the actions in the paintings on silk from the guiding figure in Ma Wang Tomb in the beginning of the Western Han Dynasty,the literal document of the 41-way Taoist exercises in Yin Shu was transformed into the vision data of the 93 pictures of movements in the bamboo slips.In order to study the characteristic of the 41-way Taoist exercises,this study also compared the rehabilitated pictures with the paintings on silk from the guiding figure in Ma Wang Tomb,in Hunan Province and pointed out the following problems in the guiding figure and confirmed that they are the same kind of guiding methods,but have different guiding movements. |
