| 摘 要： | 就业难问题已成为全社会关注的热点，不仅关系到人们生活水平的提高，而且还关系到国家的繁荣与稳定。大学生作为社会高素质的就业群体，更是成为社会关注的焦点。往届毕业生就业成功的经验证明，大学生就业的成功不仅需要具备深厚的专业知识和娴熟的专业技能，同时还需具备应对市场的能力和策略。因此，有针对性地加强大学生就业指导工作的研究，探索新形势下就业指导工作模式已成为高等院校就业工作中的重中之重。
