| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生的就业权益包括两方面:一是在择业过程中享有的权利;二是录用单位给予的权利。当大学生的就业权益受到侵犯时,大学毕业生可依据《民法》、《劳动法》、《仲裁法》的相关规定进行自我维护。

| Abstract: | Rights and interests graduating students' employment in universities include two aspects: the rights graduating students enjoy while seeking jobs;the rights given by employers.When their rights and interests are violated,graduating students can appeal to self-protection according to relative regulations of Civil Laws,Labor Laws,and Arbitration Laws. |
