| 摘 要： | 改革开放是党在新的时代条件下带领人民进行的新的伟大革命，是推动科学发展的强大动力。当前我国经济社会生活中存在的不少深层次矛盾，归根到底要靠深化改革来解决。在新世纪新阶段，科学发展观的提出为我们指明了改革发展的方向。以科学发展观为指导，我们需要进一步解放思想，转变观念，用创新的思路寻求又好又快的发展途径。

| Abstract: | Reform and Opening-up is a new great revolution led by the Chinese Communist Party in the new age. It＇s a strong drive to scientific development. At present many deep-level contradictions in our society will have to be tackled with the help of the reform-deepening. In the new century, the concept of scientific development lights up the way to the reform and development. Guided by the concept of scientific development, we will further emancipate our minds, change our concepts and seek for a fast development way. |
