| 摘 要： | 青藏地区传统古村镇、古遗址、古民居等民族历史文化遗产的保护与开发工作，在近年来取得了巨大的成绩，使许多藏在深闺中的民族历史文化遗产得到了有效的保护。但在西部大开发、小城镇建设的过程中，珍贵的民族历史文化遗产正在不断地被蚕食和破坏，该地区采用的保护开发模式逐渐显露出种种弊端，由此引发出这样一个问题：民族历史文化遗产生态环境破坏和消失的庞大成本，由什么主体来承担？凭什么来拯救青藏地区正在有形无形消失的民族历史文化遗产？本文从青藏地区民族历史文化遗产及生态环境、优化民族历史文化遗产生态环境等方面，针对存在的弊端提出了一些疑问和思考。
