| 摘 要： | 本文以西南地区公共图书馆建设的现状为基点,借鉴国外公共图书馆的服务体制与经验,结合国内发达地区公共图书馆的服务与实践,对西南地区公共图书服馆务的基本问题、基本素质、服务与管理等方面的内容进行调查与分析,并提出相关存在的问题与解决策略,为西南地区图书馆服务体系的完善提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of public libraries service system construction in southwest area,this paper,combined with service system and experience of public libraries at home and abroad,surveys and analyses the basic problems,qualities,service and management and then proposes the relevant problems and their countermeasures so as to provide a reference for the public libraries service system in southwest area. |
